These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Buzzrita, a web application provided by Yukinon Lab. By using this Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Overview

Buzzrita is a web application that uses AI to analyze and score the "buzz potential" of social media posts. · AI-powered buzz score analysis (score, improvement suggestions, and rewritten drafts) · Assessment history (Pro plan or registered users) · Buzz Battle — compare two posts head-to-head (Pro plan only) · Analytics dashboard (Pro plan only)

Eligibility

· You must be 13 years of age or older to use this Service · Some features require login with a Google account · The Service is accessible from Japan and internationally

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited: · Using the Service for illegal purposes · Submitting content that infringes on the rights of others · Attempting unauthorized access or placing excessive load on the Service · Automated or bulk requests to the API (e.g., scraping) · Copying or redistributing the Service's source code or structure without permission · Providing false information or impersonating others

Intellectual Property

The design, code, logos, and other intellectual property of this Service belong to Yukinon Lab. Text content entered by users remains the property of the user. AI-generated assessment results are provided as reference information only and are not claimed as copyrighted works.

Disclaimer

· AI assessment results do not guarantee that any post will go viral · Yukinon Lab is not liable for any damages arising from use of this Service · Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues · The content of this Service may be changed or discontinued without notice

Pro Plan (Paid Subscription)

· The Pro plan is a monthly subscription service · Payments are processed through Stripe (a third-party payment service) · You may cancel at any time from within the app. Your Pro plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period · Refunds are not generally provided, but please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances

Changes to These Terms
